Today I find myself at a crossroads. We have been celebrating Chinese New Year here in Hong Kong. I find it difficult to focus, to get back into the game - almost overwhelmed with where to start. My boys are still on holidays until next Monday and I so much wish to be with them. I am in my Airline office and have at least completed some admin work for upcoming programs.

This afternoon I will conduct a Spa meeting for one of my downline Business partners. I need to focus on how to be the best I can be for her - my 'Monkey Mind' is telling me I am not ready - scattered. Of course, I am ready as I have done this so many times before. My mind is playing games with me and I need to quiet my mind and simply believe and commit.

One great thing is I am finally getting on top of my Blogs - it does feel great to share in this way. Even though I know I am opening myself up to the world and facing possible ridicule and humiliation, I am prepared to go beyond that and share my learnings with you so that you and I will benefit in a way that will tap into our higher selves.
I feel I need to break the shackles that hold me back from being and experiencing who I truly am - a magnificent Human Being.

Focus

Recently, I made the decision to focus mainly on my upcoming Flight Simulator test. As an Airline Pilot I am required to undergo a rigorous test every 6 months to ensure I can handle major emergencies like an engine fire. These tests can be quite stressful as your continued employment as a pilot depends upon you passing. So, in essence, a career as an airline pilot is only 6 months at a time.
A number of interesting things come up as you prepare for these tests - it is another example of managing your mind - using your Mind Power to stop your 'monkey mind' from chattering away about potential consequences. You are not your mind - your mind is just a part of you, just like an arm or a leg. Many people are really not aware of this fact.
